When it's

afraid for the job

The fear that arrives dressed as arithmetic.

  1. Fear of losing my job is my mind trying to protect my family. I will thank it, then act — emergency fund, sharp skills, strong network. Preparation is the cure for fear, not worry.

  2. I am the sole income today, but I am not fragile. I have rebuilt from zero more than once and come back earning more each time. My skills are the real asset, and no layoff can take those.

  3. I control my effort, my attitude, and how I show up today. The rest, I release.

  4. I carried my family through more than most people ever will. That strength is real — especially when I feel broken.
